Job

Today I had a practice interview....which simply proved how unmarketable I really am.  However, the guy really liked my resume.  He kept telling me things I should have in it...until he would look at it and realize it was already there.  Awesome.  Maybe next week in Chicago I will now be able to get a job....They aren't legally allowed to ask if I am trying to get pregnant anyway, right?

Shakespeare Trip

My class went to the Utah Shakespeare festival this weekend. It was a ton of fun. Here are the pictures!

This is our super shady hotel...we were pretty sure Emma was going to be killed by the ghost in our room.  We know there was a ghost because there were blood stains all down the side of her box-spring.

That is one of the teachers and his daughter who came on the trip with us.  They were so cute together.

Those are the three plays we saw.

That's right...I met Shakespeare.

There was a this pumpkin festival for children at the campus that day.  Someone was giving our balloon creations.  We got some.  I was killing people all day.

Emma and Kayla got little turtle balloons.
This was our code of arms.

We went to some random ward.  They had a primary program that was wonderful. We all learned giving people cookies and flowers is a part of the Plan of Salvation.

Snow and babies

So, on October 6, it snowed. This is what it looked like. And that is Rexburg for you.

Then, last weekend, both Clayton's Aunt Enid and my friend Stacy had their babies at the hospital, on the same day.  Anyway, we went to see them.  This was in Enid's hospital room. She had a baby girl named Lindsey Anne Jacobson.

Here we are in Stacy's hospital room. She had a baby boy named Tobin Charles Emmons.

What I've been working on

Angela wanted to know what I've been working on in my classes.  This is one project I'm working on right now.  It is a newsletter.  I've learned I'm really good at making up crap.  I'm also pretty good at Indesign.  It's not done...don't worry.

Finally 21...

So...I guess I'm not 21 yet, but we had my birthday party last night. Technically, Veronica and Brandon came with us to Texas Road House before this happened. I got a yummy steak. The best part was that they came over to sing to me. They asked how old I was. When I said 21, everyone make jokes about it, except we were all drinking water...Oh well. Clayton got me this game because I keep complaining that I don't have enough Mario games...haha

You can't see, but my friend Ariel got me a blanket...it's very soft.

Veronica made these coasters for me. They are way cute.

This is me blowing out candles...obviously...

Clayton was so secretive as he planned my birthday stuff....he got all the Tangled stuff all on his own. I was very impressed!

Stacy's baby shower

I threw a baby shower for my friend Stacy. She is having a baby any day now. Veronica helped me. She did all the decorations and I did all the food...she is crazy with decorations so they were way cute. This was a "missionary piggy bank" that we started for Toby at the shower.
